RFP: Consultancy Services for Feasibility, Detailed Design & Construction Supervision — CM Package Quetta Development

The Project Director, Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development invites electronic proposals via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) for consultancy services for feasibility study, detailed design and construction supervision of roads and bridges/flyovers and related structures under the CM Package for Quetta Development. Estimated cost is PKR 130,000,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost.

Eligible national/international firms or JVs must be registered with FBR and BRA, listed on the Active Taxpayers List, registered with PEC as a consulting engineering firm, not blacklisted, have two similar assignments and a minimum turnover of PKR 90,000,000 in the three previous years. Tender processing fee Rs.1,000 (green challan to account titled PD, CMPOO, account C02716). Only electronic bids will be accepted.
