Tender documents may be downloaded from the official KMU website and the Sindh EPADS/SPPRA e-Procurement portal. Bids must be uploaded online through EPADS within the prescribed deadline. Bidders shall submit valid NTN, GST and SRB certificates and other mandatory documents as required in bidding documents. The bid security shall be furnished in the form specified in the bidding documents and submitted before or on the bid submission date. An undertaking/affidavit on judicial/stamp paper of Rs. 500/- attested by a Notary Public confirming the firm is not blacklisted is required. All applicable federal, provincial and local government taxes, duties, levies and charges shall be borne and paid by the bidder/supplier in accordance with applicable law.
