Office of the District Council Rawalpindi invites bids for maintenance & repair (M&R) schemes on item rate via the e-procurement (EP) system. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and EP system. Submit bids on the EP system by 2026-11-04 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM in the office of the District Council Rawalpindi. Contractors must quote rates on the EP system and comply with PPRA rules. If the lowest quoted tender rate is more than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost within 15 days of issuance of notice; otherwise the earnest money will be forfeited and re-tendering may be initiated.
