Issuer: Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA). Purpose: Request for proposals for the provision of medicines to FGEHA employees and their registered dependents in Islamabad.
Submission method: Single-Stage Two-Envelope (SSTE) procedure. Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 1.0 (https://eprocure.gov.pk). A scanned copy of the prescribed Bid Security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal. In addition to electronic submission, the original Bid Security and required hard-copy documents specified in the tender documents must be delivered to the undersigned before opening of the Technical Proposal.

FGEHA reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with Rule 45 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. FGEHA will not entertain claims for bid preparation costs.
