Tender Notice: Development Packages for Dalbandin (Chagai) — Executive Engineer R&B

The Executive Engineer (Roads), Provincial R&B Department, District Chagai invites electronic bids for development packages in Dalbandin. Procurement will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA) and be active taxpayers.

Tender fee: PKR 2,500 (non-refundable). Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost, in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned. Eligibility requirements include presence on the Active Taxpayer List, not being blacklisted by any procuring agency, registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category; C-3 or above as applicable), and demonstrated financial capacity including turnover and completion of similar nature works (a turnover figure is cited in the notice).

Tender documents and NIT can be obtained electronically from the BPPRA/e-Procurement system. Bids must be submitted electronically; no physical bids will be accepted. Tender opening will take place at 10:00 AM via the e-Procurement system and the specified office.
