Issuer: Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Tehsil Municipal Officer, Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Battaira Kolai invites e-tenders for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. Chassis for the work will be supplied by the TMA.

Eligibility: Reputed and experienced Manufacturers/Fabricators/Suppliers/Firms having NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Bid submission and procedure: E-bids are invited under the single-stage two-envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014 (technical and financial). E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through the KP e-Procurement portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Technical bids on EPADs will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Financial bids of technically accepted/responsive bidders will be opened publicly at a date, time and venue to be communicated after technical evaluation.
Bid security: Original 2% bid security (in the shape of CDR) of the total bid price in the name of "TMO TMA Battaira Kolai" must be sealed in an envelope and reach the given address before the closing date and time.
Conditions: All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) will apply. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional or late/manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase order is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules.
