Military Estates Officer, Peshawar Circle, Peshawar issues a public notice that Bung No. 21/B, Station Rd, Survey No. 234/B, Nowshera Cantonment is held on lease in the names of Jamil Ur Rehman and Muhammad Aslam Khan under Sch-X of the CLA Rules 1937 according to office record.
Shoaib Ur Rehman Khan & others have submitted an application dated Nil along with a Letter of Administration dated 02-05-2025 stating that co-lessee Jamil Ur Rehman died on 15-01-2008 and requesting transfer/mutation of the leasehold rights of the property to the legal heirs by way of inheritance.
