Issuing authority: Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala. Tender Notice No. DW&CE/6000-Advt-Ckl/25/E-6 dated 2026-10-20 invites sealed tenders for multiple works for provision of certain facilities at PAF bases in accordance with PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. Eligibility and pre-qualification: Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant field (minimum Category C-2 and above) with validity at least until June 2027. Preference to firms enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security (refundable). Applicants must supply work orders, locations and photographs of completed projects with satisfactory completion certificates, list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificate and income tax returns for the last three years. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (D&IE) reports or recoveries.
Submission and opening: Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms. Completed tenders must be received at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 11:30 hours on 2026-11-09; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours.
Bidding documents: Procuring agency will make precise bidding documents available after publication. Documents will be provided on request subject to payment of printing/provision costs, if any. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA rules.
