Agha Steel Industries Limited notifies shareholders that seven persons have filed their intention and consent to offer themselves for election as Directors at the Annual General Meeting. Pursuant to Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017, the AGM will be held at the Company's registered address in Karachi and via video conferencing on Wednesday, 28 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. The Board states that because the number of candidates does not exceed the number of directors fixed under Section 159(1), the listed persons shall be deemed elected as Directors at the forthcoming AGM.
