Submission and eligibility:
- Bid security: 2% of estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit (refundable) or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank (bank certificate mandatory).
- Tender form fee Rs.1,500 to be deposited through Green Bank Challan to head of account C03870 (to be verified by District Accounts Officer).
- Procurement under BPP Rules 2014. Method: Single Stage One Envelope.
- Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency, and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.
- Experience: bidder must have completed three assignments of similar nature; three similar assignments must equal at least 70% of the total bid cost and be completed in the last three years. Bidders must show turnover for the three previous years.
- Bid validity: 90 days.
- Tender documents: downloadable from BPPRA website. Issuance from date of publication during office hours.
- Submission: Tenders must be submitted until 10:00 AM sharp at the Office of the Assistant Director Local Govt, Dera Bugti.
