Tender: Development Packages for Dalbandin (Phase I & II) — District Chagai

Executive Engineer (Roads), Works & PD Department, District Chagai invites electronic bids for two development packages for Dalbandin under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Tender fee PKR 2,500 and bid security 3% of the estimated cost for each package.

Eligibility and submission details: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List, registered with the relevant provincial revenue authority, not blacklisted by any procurement agency, and meet financial and technical capacity requirements including prior similar work and specified minimum turnover (PKR 174,604,515). Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with category C-3 or above (relevant specialization codes for civil/bridge works as required).

Procurement is through the Electronic Public Procurement System. Tender documents and NIT can be obtained electronically from the e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically; physical bids are not accepted. Bid security in the form of a bank guarantee, deposit at call, or other acceptable form is required.
