Tender: Green Retrofitting of Basic Health Unit Zondragram, Terich (Upper Chitral)

Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites sealed bids for the green retrofitting of the Basic Health Unit, Zondragram, Terich under the EU-funded “Energy Plus – Green Retrofitting of Public Buildings (Schools & Hospitals)” project. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (where applicable), and hold PEC registration Category C-5 or above. Bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure; bidders must submit complete BOQ bids as partial bids will be rejected. Tender documents (BOQ, drawings, evaluation criteria and terms) are available on request by email.
