Public Notice: Leasehold Transfer Request for Plot SD 161, Peshawar Cantt

The Military Estates Officer, Peshawar Circle has received an application to transfer/mutate the leasehold rights of plot SD 161 (Survey No. 98-0/161), Peshawar Cantt, held under Schedule IX-B of the CLA Rules, 1937 in the name of Lt Col (r) Mohammad Iqbal, who died on 29/8/2025.

Mst. Nosheen Iqbal and four others submitted an application dated 11/5/2026 with a Letter of Administration dated 11/11/2025 requesting inheritance transfer in favour of the legal heirs: Quratulain Iqbal, Nosheen Iqbal, SM Rizwan Iqbal, SM Adnan Iqbal, and Sheikh Muhammad Wasim Jamal. Any person, department or bank having objections must file them within 15 days from the publication of this notice; objections received after that period will not be entertained.
