Banking Court No. I, Karachi (Before Mr. Muhammad Saad Qureshi, Judge) will sell by public auction a mortgaged residential property in execution proceedings (Execution No. 157 of 2026; Suit No. 158 of 2025) for decree-holder Bank Al-Falah Limited.

The sale is subject to confirmation by the Court. The Court reserves the right to cancel the auction or not accept any bid.
