Eligibility and conditions:
- Applicants must submit an application for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials.
- Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a government department and that no outstanding report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) exists against them.
- All contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration; unregistered contractors are not eligible.
- Contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D and E with relevant experience should apply.
- Contractors may attend the tender opening.
- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders in accordance with PPRA rules.
