Issuer: Agha Steel Industries Limited. Notice under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 informing members that seven persons have filed notices of their intention/consent to offer themselves for election as Directors at the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 28 October 2026 at the Company’s registered office in Karachi and via video conferencing.
Because the number of persons offering themselves is not more than the number of directors fixed by the Board under Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, the following seven persons shall be deemed to be elected as Directors at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
