Tender: Construction of Sewerage, Drainage, Road Network & Area Development — Dera Bugti (Chief Minister Development Package)

Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti invites electronic bids under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 for execution of area development works. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA.

Eligibility: Active taxpayer status on the tax list, valid registration, completion of similar works, and financial capacity demonstrating required turnover. Relevant Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category/code and specialized codes for sewerage, roads, drainage, landscaping and civil works are required (as specified in the bidding document).

Procurement method: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bids must include bid security in the form of a bank guarantee, deposit at call or equivalent from a scheduled bank in the prescribed amount. Tender processing fee of PKR 1,000 to be deposited as instructed in the bidding documents.

How to obtain documents and submit: Complete bidding documents and NIT are available through the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA). Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement system.

Submission & opening: Electronic bid submission deadline: 2026-11-05 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM on the e-procurement platform.
