Issuer: Office of the District Council, Toba Tek Singh. Procurement through Punjab e‑Procurement System in accordance with PPRA and LGW rules. Registered contractors/firms/bidders with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category may participate. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA portal (www.punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk) to obtain bidding information and submit e‑bids.
Key conditions: Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑PS. Physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts, bank guarantees) will not be accepted in compliance with Government of Punjab letter SO(18C‑1)5‑4/2024 dated 19‑05‑2026.
