Issuer: Investment Committee, Finance Department, Government of Balochistan. Purpose: Invitation of sealed bids from eligible banks/financial institutions holding a minimum credit rating of “AA” for investment of available funds in various conventional and Shariah-compliant banking products.
Eligible instruments include Market Treasury Bills, Pakistan Investment Bonds, Term Deposit Receipts, Fixed Deposits and other profitable conventional or Shariah‑compliant schemes offered by the institution. Investments are invited for short-, medium- and long‑term tenures of 03 months, 06 months, 01 year, and 03 years with profit payable on monthly, annual and maturity basis. Rates shall be quoted on an annualised basis.
