Eligibility and requirements: Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category (C-4 and above as applicable) and hold valid registration with Income Tax and Active Tax Payer List (ATL). Firms should have relevant experience and completed assignments of similar nature. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost.
Procurement rules: Procurement will be conducted in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) rules. Tender processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- per tender shall be deposited as specified in the bidding documents (Green Channel through National Bank of Pakistan details in documents).
Submission and opening: Only electronic bids will be accepted. Deadline for electronic submission is 06 November 2026 by 09:00 AM; bids will be opened by the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Nushki as per the schedule in the bidding documents.
