Eligibility criteria for bidders include: complete company credentials with verifiable past assignments; registration with SECP/Registrar of Firms; valid Income Tax registration with FBR/Tax Department and ATL status; an original affidavit on non-judicial stamp/e-stamp of Rs.100 stating bidder is not blacklisted and has no litigation with government/autonomous bodies or partners; minimum PACRA rating of AA+; and compliance with Eligibility & Qualification criteria in ITB 13.3(b) read with BDS 17.
