The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites Requests for Proposals (RFP) from eligible consultancy firms registered with the Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) for consultancy services for the "Development & Modification of the Various Locations/Projects of CDA in Islamabad." Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
