Gwadar Port Authority (GPA) invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the execution and completion of the Infrastructure Works of Off‑Dock Terminal at Gwadar. Procurement will be conducted through the e‑Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 under the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and PPRA regulations.
