- Complete and sign the postal ballot form including: name of shareholder/joint shareholders, registered address, Folio No./CDC participant/Investor ID with Sub‑Account #, number of shares held, CNIC/NICOP/Passport No. (copy to be attached), and any additional information for corporate representatives.
- Indicate assent (FOR) or dissent (AGAINST) for the resolution by marking the appropriate box and sign, affix place and date (corporate entities should affix company stamp).
- Original duly filled and signed postal ballot must be sent to the Chairman at the above postal or email address and must reach on or before 2026-10-26 during working hours (by 5:00 p.m.).
- Attach copy of CNIC/Passport (for foreigners). Signature on postal ballot must match the signature on CNIC/Passport. Incomplete, unsigned, altered, torn, mutilated, or overwritten ballots will be rejected.
- Corporate representatives must enclose copy of CNIC of authorized person along with an attested copy of Board Resolution, Power of Attorney, or Authorization Letter as applicable under Sections 138 or 139 of the Companies Act, 2017, unless such documents have already been submitted with the Proxy Form.
- Ballot paper is available on the Company website and members may download the form or use original/photocopy published in newspapers.
