How to submit the postal ballot:
- Duly filled and signed original postal ballot must be sent to the Chairman at the business address or designated email.
- Postal ballot forms should reach the Chairman on or before 26 October 2026 during working hours (i.e., by 5:00 pm). Any postal ballot received after this date and time will not be considered.
- Copy of CNIC/Passport (for foreigners) must be enclosed with the postal ballot form.
- Signature on the postal ballot should match the signature on CNIC/Passport (in case of foreigner).
- In case of corporate representatives, the postal ballot must be accompanied by copy of CNIC of authorized person and a duly attested copy of Board Resolution, Power of Attorney, or Authorization Letter in accordance with the Companies Act, 2017, unless already submitted along with the Proxy Form.
