National Logistics Cell (NLC), Procurement Section, HQ NLC Rawalpindi invites sealed bids under PPRA 27 (Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure) from OEM/Manufacturer Certified Agents for the supply of 721 tyres on FOR basis to Rawalpindi, Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi and Quetta.
