Purpose: Request for Proposal (RFP) through EPADS to hire an engineering consultancy firm under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding for construction supervision and design review services.

Eligibility: Firms must be registered with (i) E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), (ii) Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026-27, (iii) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (active status), and (iv) Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN status.
RFP documents: Download from EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and KPPRA (kppra.gov.pk) or obtain from the KPHA office on cash payment of Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable) for RFP and printing charges.
Submission: Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS (file upload). Selection will follow Quality Cum Cost Based Selection (QCBS) as per RFP criteria.
Key dates and proceedings: Pre-proposal meeting on 2026-11-05 at the KPHA office. Last date for submission via EPADS: 2026-11-17 at 11:00 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on 2026-11-17 at 11:30 hours in the presence of firms or their representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened later at a date and venue to be communicated after technical evaluation.
