Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC), a public sector company under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination, invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer on a contract basis for a three-year term or until the JMC&RC project (whichever is earlier). The post is based in Islamabad.

Qualification: Graduate degree in Engineering, Business/Public Administration, Finance/Economics, Project Management or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute; higher qualifications preferred. Experience: Minimum 25 years' professional experience including 10 years in senior executive leadership and 3 years in major infrastructure/development projects. Experience as CEO or senior management in commercially oriented organizations with a proven record of delivering mega-projects (preferably aggregate PKR 100 billion or above). International/multilateral financial institution experience preferred. Key skills: Strategic leadership, mega-project delivery, corporate governance, procurement, contract & financial management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement and organizational leadership. |
