Issuer: GIZ Pakistan under the multi-donor action “EU Support to Better Governance and Business Environment in Pakistan”, jointly co-financed by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), in collaboration with the Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Commerce.
Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) to hire a consulting firm to provide/perform decarbonization of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) using an ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) based management model. Target sectors include Textile and Apparel, Leather, Surgical and Medical Instruments, Rice Processing and Sports Goods, with emphasis on women-led and women-employed SMEs.
Submission: Interested firms must submit a company profile with a table of contents addressing the listed compulsory requirements in separate sections, evidence of relevant experience, and verifiable financial documents. EOIs must be submitted in a sealed envelope to GIZ Pakistan (bid box) at Serena Business Complex, Gate 06, Khayaban-e-Suhrawardy, Sector G-5/1, Islamabad.
Selection process: Only firms meeting the eligibility and compulsory requirements will be invited to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP). Submission of an EOI does not guarantee inclusion in the RFP; GIZ reserves the right to accept or reject any submission.

| 6 | Technical pool of experts located in Lahore, Faisalabad, Karachi, Sialkot and Multan (short profile of experts to be submitted). |
| 7 | Combined firm turnover of minimum PKR 75 million over the last 3 years, verifiable through income tax returns and valid financial documents. |
Language and documentation: All communications and documentation must be in English. Only complete and correctly titled submissions will be considered; incomplete or incorrectly titled submissions may be excluded.
