University of Balochistan, Quetta — Spring 2027 Postgraduate Admissions (MS / PhD / MBA / LL.M)

University of Balochistan, Quetta invites applications for Spring 2027 admission to postgraduate programs (MS, PhD, MBA, LL.M) across multiple faculties and departments. The last date for submission is 30th November 2026.

Eligibility

MS: 16 years of education or BS (minimum 130 credit hours) / Master’s degree. Minimum CGPA 2.50/4.00 (or 50% annual system). Valid GAT/GRE/HAT/UoB subject test with at least 50% score.

PhD: Relevant MS/MPhil with research component. Minimum CGPA 3.00/4.00 (or 60% annual system). Valid GAT/GRE/HAT/UoB subject test with at least 60% score. Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalence certificate. Government servants must provide departmental NOC and/or study leave.

How to apply

1. Online registration and application via the University GSO admission portal: http://application.uob.edu.pk/gs/index.htm

2. Processing fee: Payable through Bank Challan at HBL University Branch (Account No. 08730001324203).

3. Document submission: Submit printed online form, fee receipt, two sets of attested copies of educational documents, four recent passport-size photographs to the Graduate Studies Office (GSO), Room No. 3, 1st Floor, Administration Block, University of Balochistan, Quetta during office hours.

Required documents

Attested copies of all certificates and transcripts (Matric to highest degree), DMCs & degrees, domicile (applicant/father), CNIC, four passport-size photographs and bank receipt.

PhD applicants must attach a Statement of Purpose (SOP) including research proposal title, literature review, objectives, hypothesis, methodology and significance.
