RFP: Consultancy for Detailed Design & Construction Supervision — Quetta Development (Parking Plaza, Flats, Classrooms, Pedestrian Bridges)

Project Director, Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development invites electronic proposals via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) to hire consultancy firms for Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of the Parking Plaza at AG Office, Health Department Flats, Classrooms at Science College, and Pedestrian Bridges under the CM Package for Quetta Development. Estimated cost is PKR 12,500,000; bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Financial proposals will be opened only for consultants whose technical proposals are approved.

Eligibility: firms must be registered with FBR (Income Tax) and BRA, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), registered with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm (project profile code 1201), not blacklisted, have at least two similar assignments and a minimum turnover of PKR 8,700,000 in preceding years.
