Pakistan Railways, Locomotive Factory Risalpur invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for supply of materials, cleaning and repair works. Bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with relevant tax authorities and on the Active Taxpayers List.
Bids must be submitted via EPADS (https://e-procure.gov.pk). Bid security must be submitted physically in the tender box at the office of the Assistant Controller of Store, Pakistan Railways Locomotive Factory, Risalpur, before tender closing; bidders must also upload scanned copies of their bids to EPADS. Tender documents and terms can be downloaded free from the e-procure portal. Tenders are invited on DAP basis. If a public holiday falls on the closing date, the tender will open on the next working day.
