Issuer: National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: To notify interested parties of the impending expiry of definitive anti‑dumping duties imposed on imports of Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) (not exceeding 2.0 denier and excluding colored and regenerated PSF) exported from Chinese Taipei, Indonesia and Thailand. The definitive duties were imposed for a five‑year period with effect from 2022‑02‑04 and shall terminate on 2027‑02‑04 unless a review is initiated under Section 58(3) of the Anti‑Dumping Duties Act, 2015.
Domestic industry producing PSF may file a sunset review application with the Commission on the prescribed form within forty‑five days of publication of this notice. The sunset review application form may be obtained from the National Tariff Commission.
