Banking Court‑I, Larkana has issued a summons in Suit No.112 of 2026 filed by Z.T.B.L. (branch at Kandhkot, District Kashmore) under Section 9(1) of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 for recovery of Rs.1,826,000.
