Pakistan Economic Zone Development & Management Company Pvt Ltd invites sealed bids for Landscape Horticulture works for Malir Industrial Park Package 1. Eligible contracting firms must hold PEC registration for 2025/26 and have completed or be executing major works for educational institutes, hospitals, residential/commercial societies or industrial parks. Tender documents are available from 30th June 2026 on payment of a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,500 by pay order in favour of Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd.

Bids must follow single-stage, single-envelope procedure and be submitted in a sealed envelope by 1200 hrs on 15 July 2026; they will be opened at 1230 hrs the same day at the issuer's office (Plot No. 179, Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue, Sector D, Phase-VIII, DHA, Karachi). Late bids will not be entertained.
