National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites applications for the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will be the single accountable executive for the safe, reliable and efficient operation, maintenance, security and strategic development of Pakistan’s national transmission network, integrating long‑term asset planning, day‑to‑day operations, capital project delivery and enterprise security to ensure NEPRA compliance and optimal asset performance.

Key qualifications and experience
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred). A Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Power Systems is highly desirable. |

| Experience | Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in power sector operations, transmission systems, or large‑scale infrastructure organizations, including senior leadership roles. |
| Skills & Requirements | Operational leadership, financial acumen, power systems and regulatory knowledge, safety & risk management, digital & technology orientation, stakeholder management and strategic mindset. Candidates must meet Fit & Proper Criteria as per Schedule IV of the State‑Owned Enterprises Act, 2023. |
