National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids from suppliers, contractors and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments with relevant experience for data center services. E-bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at least 30 minutes after bid closing. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is available on EPADS v2.0 in terms of Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
