Scope	Prepare techno‑financial feasibility studies and support implementation planning to improve resource efficiency and operational performance in SMEs while strengthening internal technical capacities and monitoring systems.

Project goal	Onboard up to 80 companies (≈20% women‑owned) to develop practical resource‑efficiency improvements.
Key firm eligibility (summary)	Valid firm registration in Pakistan, tax registration and active taxpayer status. Minimum five years of business operations at EOI submission date. If applicable, active on the Sales Taxpayers list. Regional/liaison office in Lahore; Project Manager must be based in Lahore.
