Issuer: Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan.
EPZA invites pre-qualification submissions from professional evaluators registered with the State Bank of Pakistan to evaluate EPZA assets (land, buildings, plant & machinery) in Karachi Export Processing Zone. Documents may be downloaded from the EPADS portal or the EPZA website. Submission is by upload to the EPADS portal.
Submission deadline: 2026-11-09 at 11:35 AM. Technical proposals will be opened same day (2026-11-09) at 12:00 noon. Financial proposal opening date will be communicated later. The procedure is single-stage, two-envelope: technical and financial proposals sealed separately and placed in one big envelope.
The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.

| 5. Certification of registration with State Bank of Pakistan as registered professional evaluators. |
| 6. Affidavit declaring the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation with any client. |
| 7. NTN certificate and sales tax registration details. |
