Eligibility: WAPDA/MEPCO approved Class A, B, C & D contractors renewed for 2025-26 with field specialization EE‑04 & EE‑05. Tender documents will be issued only to firms pre-qualified/enlisted with WAPDA/DISCOs. Contractors must submit 3% earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt before issuance of the tender book. Income tax returns for the last two years and registration with PRA are required.
Conditions: Time period of rates shall remain valid for one year from date of agreement (may be curtailed/extended per MEPCO requirement). Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The 3% security will be returned on successful completion; otherwise it will be forfeited. All proceedings will follow PPRA rules.
