COMSATS University Islamabad (Principal Seat) invites national applicants to pre-qualify for an Open Framework Agreement to provide legal counsels/lawyers on panel (Reference: FFW10329). Pre-qualified suppliers will be eligible to receive subsequent Invitations to Bid and Call-Off Contracts under the Framework Agreement for an expected period of 35 months.
