Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (REDAMCO) invites sealed electronic bids under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope on Two Variables for disposal/lease of public assets (mix-use commercial, shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, retail outlets and factory outlets) on lease basis.
Key terms: Period of lease 21 years (extendable for another 21 years); annual increase in rent 8% (compound); mobilization period 24 months from date of possession; building construction as per local construction bye-laws.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-26 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (or via Zoom). Submission of bids: through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-11-02 at 02:00 PM. Technical bid opening: 2026-11-02 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
Eligibility & instructions: Firms/companies, individuals/individual consultants, sole proprietorships and partnerships may bid. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be active taxpayers. Manual bids are not accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per PPRA Rules 2026.
