GIZ Pakistan, under the multi-donor action supported by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from consulting firms to provide/perform a program for the decarbonization of SMEs using an ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) based management model.

| Minimum firm requirements | Valid firm registration and tax registration; active taxpayer status; regional/liaison office and Project Manager based in Lahore; minimum 5 years' private-sector experience in relevant sectors; at least 2 similar projects in last 5 years (one in a listed sector); technical pool of experts in Lahore, Faisalabad, Karachi, Sialkot and Multan; combined financial turnover ≥ PKR 75 million in the last 3 years with verifiable tax returns and documents; experience in decarbonization and ESG consulting/training. |
| Preference/notes | At least 20% of SMEs should be women-led, women-owned or directly benefit women. Projects/assignments should be related to Pakistan region. All communication and documentation must be in English. |
