Geoscientific Research Institute (Pvt.) Ltd. (GRI), Taxila, invites sealed bids for provision of earth-moving machinery (EMM) and heavy vehicles on rental basis including operators, fuel, maintenance and associated services for raw sand collection, loading, transportation and waste disposal at Khaplu Valley Project, Gilgit-Baltistan.
Bidding follows the Single-Stage Two-Envelope Procedure under applicable PPRA Rules. Bidding documents containing eligibility criteria, scope of services and terms and conditions are available from the Manager Procurement, GRI, Design Building, 2nd Floor, HMC-1, Hattar Road, Taxila during office hours. Sealed bids — separate technical and financial envelopes enclosed in one outer envelope and clearly marked "Tender No. 10/2026 - EMM & Heavy Vehicles Rental" — must reach the undersigned by the stated deadline.
