Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Government of the Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids under Single Stage Two Envelopes National Competitive Bidding Procedure from active taxpayers registered on the Punjab E-Procurement (eP) System and with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for supply and installation of specified laboratory machinery and equipment.

Bidding documents are available on the Punjab E-Procurement (eP) System and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and can be downloaded free of cost. Encrypted electronic bids, duly completed and in conformity with bidding documents, must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement (eP) System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 10:30 AM on 2026-11-03 (Tuesday). E-bids will be opened as per the schedule shown above.
Bid security must be submitted online in the form of PSID; personal cheques will not be acceptable. Only e-bids submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement (eP) System will be entertained. Bidders are advised to upload e-bids well before the submission deadline; TEVTA will not be responsible for portal issues. In case of a holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day as per schedule.
