Firms registered with SECP, FBR, and PRA, must be on the active taxpayer list, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (C-5 or C-3 and above) with specialization in BC-02 (Restoration & Conservation).

Notes
Procurement will be carried out in accordance with Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost. The CDR/Bank Guarantee of earnest money must be in favor of Director General Archaeology. The bids must accompany the scan copy of CDR/Bank Guarantee, and the original instrument must be submitted to the office of the Project Director, Rohtas Fort, Jhelum on or before the bid opening time. The Project Director reserves the right to cancel or amend the bidding process at any stage.
