Eligibility: Well-established and reputed electrical / mechanical firms registered with PEC in the relevant category and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments.
Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelope. Bidding documents, terms, conditions, specifications and instructions are available on EPADS ver 2.0.
Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS ver 2.0. All bidders participating through EPADS must also submit the original bid security in the form of a Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of "Development Project Security Account" on the letterhead of the firm to the office of the undersigned not later than 1100 hours on 2026-11-11.
Deadline & opening: Bids must be submitted on or before 11 November 2026 by 1100 hours. Bids will be opened through EPADS ver 2.0 on the same day at 1100 hours.
