Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelope (Quality cum Cost Based). Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, bid validity, evaluation and qualification criteria, and specifications are available to registered bidders on EPADS ver 2.0.
Submission and opening: Submit bids on EPADS ver 2.0 on or before 2026-11-11 by 1100 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours via EPADS ver 2.0.
Original bid security (pay order / demand draft) in favor of "Development Project Security Account" along with bidder letterhead must be delivered to the Project Management Office not later than 1100 hours on 2026-11-11.
