Issuer: Virtual University of Pakistan (Procurement Department). Purpose: Prequalification of reputable suppliers/vendors for Catering Services under a Framework Agreement as per PPRA Rules 2026 Clause 30. Registration with Tax Authorities on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR is mandatory.

The University reserves the right to accept/reject any proposal or annul the process in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
