Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Energy — Petroleum Division (Policy Wing) invites applications from eligible candidates for contract appointments (initial period two years) for specialist positions in the Policy Wing, Islamabad. How to apply:
1. Apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP) at www.njp.gov.pk.
2. Download the prescribed application form and full Terms of Reference (TORs) from the Petroleum Division's official website.
3. After submitting the online application on NJP, send the duly completed and signed application form with a printed copy of the NJP application and attested copies of CNIC, domicile, educational certificates/degrees, experience certificates and other specified documents to the address below.
4. Shortlisting will be carried out on the basis of documents submitted in hard copy; ensure applications are complete and supported by required documents.
5. Hard-copy applications must reach the address within fifteen (15) days of publication of the advertisement; incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
Terms & conditions (selected): Recruitment will be governed by Establishment Division rules; candidates in government service must apply through proper channel. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA for appearing in test/interview. Appointments are on contract for an initial period of two years. Providing false or misleading information will result in disqualification. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process.
